Soften the butter and beat it briefly

Add sugar and continue to beat

Add the egg liquid in two batches (beat the butter thoroughly and then add the next egg liquid)

Beat the butter with a whisk until it turns white

Roll the green dough and yellow dough into a rectangular shape

Place the yellow dough on top of the green dough (you can sprinkle some low-gluten flour when rolling to prevent sticking)

Roll up the dough (use a kneading mat to assist in rolling) and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take it out and cut into small rounds

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Turn the heat up and down and bake the middle layer for 20 minutes
