【Yantai】Sesame Prawns
Overview
There is a saying in my hometown: Eating sesame seeds during the New Year will make you live better in the coming year. It expresses people's desire for a better life. The meaning of shrimp is more profound. In the north, it is called a dragon, which means the house is auspicious. In the south, it is called silver, which means long-lasting wealth. Shrimp symbolizes success and prosperity, and is auspicious and pleasing to the eye. During the Spring Festival, shrimp becomes more and more popular and becomes the main dish on the table. This time I combined sesame seeds and shrimps to make this sesame shrimp dish. I wish everyone good luck, wealth and prosperity in the new year.
