Home-style stir-fry---------[Stir-fried shredded pork with green pepper]
Overview
It’s a very homely stir-fry. I always have green peppers in my refrigerator. I usually buy a few extra pieces of tenderloin and freeze them in the freezer. Sometimes I don’t have time to buy vegetables, so I take out a piece of meat and defrost it, then wash a few green peppers, cut them into shreds, and stir-fry them. A simple home-style stir-fry is ready!
