Red wine pear
Overview
This is a dessert with rich red wine aroma and rich flavor. During the pear harvest season, it will definitely appear on the menu. It tastes better when paired with vanilla ice cream. It's my favorite dessert.

Ingredients
Steps

Reserve raw materials.

Pour appropriate amount of red wine into the pot.

Add caster sugar.

Add the broken cinnamon vanilla pods. black peppercorns.

Add sliced lemon.

Wash the pears and peel them.

Cut into chunks and remove core.

Put the pear pieces into the pot. (The classic method is to use tin paper as a pot lid and cover it)

Cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. When the pears are cooked until the tip of a knife can be inserted easily, remove and place on a tray lined with a wire rack and cool.

Cooled pear cubes, cut into thin slices.

Arrange according to personal preference.

Pour over the filtered and boiled soup and garnish (if you have vanilla ice cream, scoop a ball and place it in the middle).
