Papaya Milk Jelly

My first reaction when I saw this dessert was how beautiful it is. Such beautiful food makes me have more appetite. I believe everyone is the same. The papaya jelly I made today is added with whipped cream. It looks better and tastes better!

Prepare the materials, put the isinglass powder and water into a small bowl, and let the isinglass powder absorb water and expand!

Wash the papaya skin, cut off the head, and use a spoon to take out the seeds inside

Then place it upright on a small bowl and set aside

Put the milk, light cream and sugar into a stainless steel basin

Just heat it over low heat until the sugar melts

Pour the isinglass liquid into the milk mixture, stir to dissolve and mix

Let the mixed milk cool and then pour it into the papaya!
