Eight Treasure Zongzi

Eight Treasure Zongzi

Overview

My family doesn’t like meat dumplings because they feel too greasy. The combination of various beans is nutritious, light and delicious, and does not have the satiety of pure glutinous rice dumplings. I personally prefer the unique fragrance of Thai fragrant glutinous rice, so I didn’t use the round glutinous rice I’m used to. The result is indeed more fragrant than the takeout, as evidenced by the fact that my son can’t stop eating it. Parents especially love it. This is a green food that is far away from the three highs! Because of the presence of red dates, people who are intolerant to the taste can eat it directly. People who like it sweeter can eat it dipped in sugar.
