Boiled beef slices
Overview
This boiled beef uses snowflake beef tendon. The cooking time is very important. It needs to be removed within 20 seconds after it comes out of the water. The taste is very fresh and tender. Add a little baby cabbage as the base. It is a nutritious meal with both meat and vegetables.
