Office workers like me are lazy and don’t want to cook. I remember when I was a kid, my mother always bought that kind of rice noodles and ate it with soybean paste and raw oil. Now I can’t eat it even if I want to. Personally, I prefer sour ones. My friends can add spicy or sweet ones at the end!

  1. Cook potatoes and set aside

  7. Put the potatoes into the pot and cook for one to two minutes, then put them on a plate and set aside

  8. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the green onion, bean curd and powder into the pot. If you like sweet and sour taste, add a little tomato sauce
