Wash the mushrooms

Boil water in a pot and blanch the mushrooms until half cooked

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is warm, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add mushrooms, oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar. If the taste is good enough, you don’t need to add salt. If you feel it’s not enough, you can add some salty salt
