Rinse the zucchini, cut off both ends, and cut it vertically into two halves

Cut into evenly thick slices

Peel off the skin of onions and garlic, clean and cut into chopped green onions and garlic slices

Wash the pork belly with warm water and cut into slices

Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil

Sauté chopped green onions and garlic slices until fragrant, then cook with a little cooking wine

Add in the sliced zucchini and stir-fry until it changes color

Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Stir-fry until the zucchini pieces are raw, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the heat and add sesame oil and serve
