Grilled prawns
Overview
Prawns are nutritious and rich in protein. They are usually made as brine shrimp or braised shrimp. This time I baked them in the oven and they were very good.

Wash the prawns and cut off the tentacles. Use scissors to cut open the shells on the back and take out the shrimp threads.

Prepare onions, ginger, and black pepper.

Add onion, ginger, pepper, and salt to shrimp and mix well.

Pour in a spoonful of very fresh soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.

Arrange the shrimps in a baking pan and pour the marinade over the shrimps.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, taking out and turning over halfway through.
