Stir-fried white radish with ham
Overview
As the saying goes: Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. It’s the beginning of winter, so you should eat some radishes from time to time. The whole family likes the good white radish and never gets tired of eating it. This time I used white radish and ham sausage to stir-fry. Delicious and easy to eat.

Ham in slices.

Wash the white radish and cut into slices.

Blanch the white radish in the pot, then remove and drain the water.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the white radish to the pan and stir-fry.

Fry the ham in the pan.

Add salt and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
