Stir-fried Sour Cowpeas with Chicken
Overview
In summer, when the spleen and stomach are weak and the appetite is not good, stir-fry high-protein chicken and appetizing kimchi-sour cowpeas. It is sour, spicy and crispy, especially appetizing!

Cut the sour cowpeas into small pieces and soak them in water to remove excess sourness and saltiness.

Soak for half an hour, drain and take out. Cut the chicken into cubes and set aside.

When the oil is hot, add the diced meat and stir-fry.

Add the bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Be sure to stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant before adding the cowpeas!
