Cold Lettuce
Overview
Although the Beginning of Autumn has passed long ago, the weather is still hot, and it has been particularly muggy recently, making me lose my appetite for food. Today I made a cold lettuce dish, which is light, salty, sour and slightly spicy, which is quite appetizing. It’s very simple to make.
