Slice pork belly.

Soak dried gourds in water until soft.

Stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan over low heat.

Fry until the oil comes out and the pork belly turns slightly yellow, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add the gourd and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt.

Add half a bowl of water and simmer for seven or eight minutes.
