Purple Cabbage Vegetable Rolls
Overview
When we ate this vegetable roll in a restaurant for the first time, my husband and I fell in love with this refreshing and cleansing side dish. This vegetable roll is easy to make and the vegetables inside can be changed into any seasonal vegetables you like. After it's done, dip it in soybean sauce or chili sauce, both are delicious! Especially boys who usually like to have a drink, they probably like to eat this vegetable roll, right? ! Anyway, my guy likes it very much! After a big meal of fish and meat, it would be best to eat this to cleanse your intestines. Purple cabbage is best eaten raw to retain its nutrients to the maximum extent. Wrapping it in tofu skin and eating it with dipping sauce is also a good way to eliminate purple cabbage
