Bacon braised rice
Overview
Bacon braised rice is also raw bacon fried rice. Use high-quality pork belly bacon, soak it in rice, fry the rice in oil until translucent, and add an appropriate amount of water to simmer it. Prepare ingredients: pork belly bacon, rice, carrots, garlic sprouts and other ingredients;
