Steps
-
Clean the tomatoes, make cross cuts, blanch them in hot water for a few seconds, take them out and peel them.
-
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
-
Chop onion and garlic into mince and set aside.
-
Pour the flour into a large bowl, add water little by little, stir with chopsticks while adding water, and stir everything into small lumps or flakes.
-
Put a little bit of oil in the pot and stir-fry the onions and garlic until fragrant.
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry until soft.
-
Add bone broth and water in a 1:1 ratio and bring to a boil. (The stock can increase the taste, if not, just add water)
-
After the pot is boiled, use chopsticks to push the gnocchi into the pot little by little, while stirring constantly with a spoon to avoid burning the pot.
-
After all the gnocchi are cooked, add salt to taste, and finally add a few drops of sesame oil, and a delicious pot of gnocchi soup is ready.
