Small dessert---Papaya and coconut milk jelly

Small dessert---Papaya and coconut milk jelly

Overview

It may be a bit inappropriate to post this in winter, but for a kid like me who sits by the heater and eats ice cream in the winter, this kind of cool dessert is still very necessary~ I don’t need to say more about the effects of coconut and papaya. This little dessert is also inspired by papaya milk. The fragrance of coconut milk is accompanied by the sweetness of papaya. The smooth texture is excellent. It can also beautify the skin. The most important thing is that it is simple and trouble-free. Come and try it~ (Zhen Huan is possessed~)

Steps

  1. The leftovers from making glutinous rice and lotus root are of no use anyway, so just use them to add flavor to small desserts. This step is actually unnecessary~

  2. Mix coconut milk powder and milk powder in a small bowl. , add hot water and brew into coconut milk. (If you like a stronger taste, you can add less water)

  3. Add agar-agar to the coconut milk (it’s better to soak it in hot water before straining it)

  4. Pour the coconut milk agar liquid into the glutinous rice basin, add milk, cover with water and cook, stirring slowly. (If you don’t add glutinous rice, just cook it for 5 or 6 minutes.) In order to get the taste of glutinous rice, I cooked it for 20 minutes.

  5. Spread a layer of papaya puree on the bottom of the cake~ If you are like me and have not soaked in agar in advance, then use a sieve to filter the cooked liquid mixture onto the papaya, and filter out the glutinous rice and undissolved agar agar pieces.

  6. Put it in the refrigerator for two hours, take it out and cut it into pieces, then wrap it in a layer of coconut milk~
