Prepare a piece of chicken breast, cut into strips, and set aside the ingredients.

Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.

Marinate the chicken tenders, prepare cornstarch, bread crumbs, and egg liquid and set aside.

Coat the chicken fillets with a layer of cornstarch, a layer of egg wash, and a layer of bread crumbs, and place them on a baking sheet for later use.

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (I don’t like fried food, so I choose to bake it, but it can also be used for frying).
