Melt butter over water.

Put powdered sugar and eggs into a container.

Beat well with a whisk.

Add the butter one at a time and beat well with a whisk.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the egg mixture.

Mix well with a spatula.

Spread a layer of butter into the mold and pour 80% of the batter into it.

Then squeeze some jam in the middle.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place in the middle of the mold and bake over high and low heat for 25 minutes.
