Fried onion rings

Remove the old skin from the yellow and white onions and wash them as shown in the picture.

Cut large circles. Leave some distance and don't cut too finely.

Add appropriate amount of salt and black peppercorns, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dip the onion rings in starch first.
