I bought half duck, chopped it into pieces and soaked it in water for a while.

Pour in the fried duck meat and stir-fry, add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt, and a spoonful of sugar and stir-fry a few times. Add boiling water to cover the duck meat, cover and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
