Onion-flavored pork floss rolls
Overview
This bread was my favorite when I went to bakeries in the past, probably because the onions and meat floss are my favorites~ Although the surface of the homemade bread is slightly cracked, it definitely does not affect its deliciousness~ Please ignore this small flaw~O(∩_∩)O~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, start the kneading process, knead until smooth, add butter and knead to the expansion stage.
-
Ferment at room temperature until doubled in size.
-
Take out the dough, roll it out and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin piece the same size as the baking pan and place it on a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper.
-
Place in a warm and humid place to ferment for 40 minutes, prick some small holes with a fork, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
-
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and place upside down on a baking sheet to cool.
-
Place the bread with the chopped green onion side down on the parchment paper, and use a knife to make a few slits on the back of the bread, but do not make them all the way through.
-
Pour on the salad dressing and sprinkle with a layer of pork floss.
-
Roll up, wrap in oil paper, let it sit for 20 minutes to set, remove the oil paper and cut into sections, apply salad dressing on the cross section, and then dip in meat floss.
