Scrape off the potato skins, wash and set aside.

Cut into thickness of about 0.7 cm.

Use a wolf tooth potato knife to cut it like this, it's very simple.

Put the cut pieces into cold water, then boil them for a minute or two. Don't take too long, or the texture will be less crispy.

During the blanching process, you can prepare salt, coarse chili powder, chives, coriander, cumin, a little chicken essence, and black and white cooked sesame seeds.

Remove the water from the blanched potatoes,

Pour a little oil into the pot and put the potatoes in. Put all the seasonings in, add the sesame seeds, chives and coriander when they are out of the pot. Turn the heat to low and it will be out of the pot in two easy steps. You can add the right amount of seasonings according to your preference.

This is the best product of two potatoes. My parents think it is delicious. It is not bad except that it is a bit spicy in summer. 😄😝
