Overview
A dish that office workers can prepare in 10 minutes is stir-fried thinly shredded dried tofu. Although it is not nutritious, it seems that simple frying still requires certain skills. The fire should be small and the oil should be controlled to make it delicious.

Heat a pan and add a little more oil than usual for ten people. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onions and ginger. Add shredded dry tofu and stir-fry continuously. Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant (low heat or turn off the heat when adding vegetables), then add shredded carrots and chili peppers, and finally add salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.
