Overview

I have been losing weight recently, and my nutritionist told me not to eat overly sweet foods, so I have reduced sugar in all the dishes and snacks at home. Nougat is my favorite snack on weekdays. The ones bought from outside are relatively sweet, so I make them myself. This recipe will not be too sweet, so I feel safe eating

  1. Prepare all materials (peanuts have been processed)

  2. Bake the raw peanuts in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Be sure to order the last few minutes to avoid burning them. After roasting, let them cool and peel them for later use

  3. Melt the butter in a pan

  4. Add marshmallows and milk powder to dress up

  5. Add chopped peanuts and dress up

  6. Stir until the color turns slightly yellow and you can start the pot (the heat is all on low during the mixing process). I mixed it for a longer time, so the color is a bit darker

  7. Place in a non-stick dish, shape and let cool slightly

  8. It's still a little warm and soft when you touch it with your hands, so you can cut it

  9. Just wrap the candy wrapper and you’re done
