Peel tomatoes

Cut beef brisket into large pieces, cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, cut tomatoes into cubes, and chop onions

Put the beef brisket in a pot under cold water, boil the water and skim off the foam, take it out and set aside

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, sauté half of the onion until it changes color and add the tomatoes

Simply stir-fry the tomatoes and add the beef brisket, stir-fry until fragrant, add boiling water to cover the ingredients

Pour the ingredients into the pressure cooker and pressure for 30 minutes

Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add the remaining onions, stir-fry until fragrant, add carrots, potatoes and garlic

Fry until golden brown, add the pressed beef

When it comes to a simmer, add the curry. Simmer over low heat until the potatoes are soft and glutinous and the soup is thick
