Nutritious appetizer--fungus with chopped pepper, oyster sauce
Overview
Yesterday I just made red date and fungus tea, and then I soaked too much fungus. It felt like a pity to throw it away. The weather is getting hotter. I don’t have much appetite, so I thought it would taste good when eaten cold. Don’t be intimidated by peppers. Students who don’t like spicy food can add non-spicy green peppers or chopped peppers to garnish them to make them more appetizing. Especially the sour taste of chopped peppers is very appetizing

It also has the function of helping to digest fiber substances, and it can dissolve and melt indigestible foreign matter such as hair, chaff, wood slag, sand, metal shavings, etc. that are inadvertently eaten. Therefore, it is an indispensable health food for workers in mining, chemical industry, and textile industry.
