Peel the peas, cut the carrots into cubes, and blanch them in water;

Cut the pineapple in half and use half. Scoop out the pulp, shape the pineapple into a bowl, and soak the pulp in salt water;

Peel the sweet shrimps, soak the pineapple pulp and cut into cubes;

Beat eggs;

Heat oil in a pot, add eggs, stir-fry and set aside;

Add sweet shrimps and stir-fry for a few seconds;

Add peas and carrots and stir-fry;

Add diced pineapple and stir-fry;
