Peel and wash the edamame beans and set aside.

Place the dish on the chopping board and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add washed edamame and stir-fry.

Bring to a boil and cook until the edamame is tender and cooked through.

Then, add the cut vegetables and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence.
