Spicy Grilled Fish
Overview
Crucian carp contains comprehensive and high-quality protein, which can play a very good role in strengthening the elastic fiber structure of the skin. It has a unique effect on relieving early wrinkles caused by mental factors such as stress and lack of sleep. I made grilled crucian carp today. It tasted spicy, delicious and tempting! 😋

Clean the crucian carp, touch the cooking wine first, then add salt, touch the whole body evenly, touch the belly as well, then add shredded onions and ginger and marinate for about fifteen minutes!

Put a layer of oil on tin foil paper in a baking pan, put in the marinated fish, (leave one piece for mother-in-law to eat steamed), sprinkle with cumin powder, barbecue powder, pepper powder, put on edible film gloves, massage one piece evenly, and preheat the oven!

Put it in the middle rack of the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. (This depends on the size of the fish and the time and temperature.) Take it out halfway and brush it with oil!

Let's make the ingredients. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up to 70%, add dried chili peppers and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Take out and sprinkle with chopped green onion, (if you add coriander or celery, it will be more fragrant, I forgot to buy it today) and chopped cooked peanuts, (if you like roasted peanuts in my recipe) and eat!
