Stir-fried cauliflower
Overview
I used to dislike eating cauliflower because it didn’t taste good and I lost my appetite when cooking it. Later, I saw a lot of recipes about cauliflower and I summarized it myself. This way, cauliflower is quite delicious!

Slice the pork belly, break off the cauliflower into small florets and wash. How much meat you put is up to you. If you like meat, add more. The more meat you add, the more fragrant the vegetables will be! Haha!
-
(1) Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry pork belly until fragrant and add cooking wine and soy sauce. (2) Stir-fry and add the cauliflower. Stir-fry the cauliflower until soft and add salt. Just half the amount of salt you usually use for cooking is enough, because the bean paste is salty! Stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes

Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil is produced, then sprinkle with white sugar, stir-fry evenly and serve!

Serve with rice!
