Sauté the onions, ginger and garlic in the base oil, then add the meat floss and stir-fry

Add black fungus and stir-fry. Be careful that the fungus will fry randomly when exposed to oil. Do not let the oil splash on your body or skin

Add 1500ml of water and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli. Be sure to add it after boiling
