No-knead Coconut Meal Pack
Overview
For friends who don’t have a bread machine, hate kneading dough by hand, and can’t knead a beautiful glove film, this recipe is perfect. It borrowed the recipe from Xujia Xiaozhu and made some adjustments to the recipe for Dongling Electronic Oven DL-K30A and personal preferences.

Heat the butter in the microwave until it melts into liquid. Add the milk and powdered sugar and stir in turn. Add the eggs and stir well. When the temperature becomes about the same as body temperature, add the yeast, stir well and let it sit for one minute.

Sift in flour and bread improver (which can promote softness and elasticity of bread during baking, and effectively delay bread aging) and slowly stir into dough.

Place in the oven to ferment at low temperature for 1 hour (oven temperature 30 degrees) until the volume doubles.

Take out the dough and knead it gently for two minutes until the surface is smooth. Place it in the oven to ferment at low temperature for 30 minutes (oven temperature 30 degrees).

Take out the dough, deflate it and knead it into a smooth dough, divide it into 6 equal parts.

Knead it into a long shape and make a knot shape, or other shapes. The bottom must be pressed tightly to prevent the dough from spreading during the fermentation process.

Place the shaped dough into the oven and continue to ferment for 1 hour (oven temperature is 37 degrees, put a plate of warm water at the bottom) until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, brush the surface with egg wash and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the surface is colored. Take it out and brush another layer of egg wash, sprinkle with shredded coconut, put it in the oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes. The oven temperature can be adjusted according to the size of your own oven. Dongling electronic oven DL-K30A is a 28L electronic oven.
