Stir-fried corn noodles with sausage
Overview
I bought corn noodles for the first time. I paired them with some carrots, green peppers, and homemade sausage. They were very good when fried, not sticky to the teeth, not as chewy as noodles, but not as soft as rice noodles.

Prepare corn noodles. It is vacuum packed and can be soaked in cold water after being opened.

Prepare green pepper shreds and carrot shreds.

Slice sausage.

Boil water in a pot, simmer the noodles for about 1 minute, then drain into cold water.

Put the fried sausage in the pot without oil.

Add shredded carrots and green peppers and stir-fry.

Add the drained corn noodles, stir-fry with chopsticks, then add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little green onion and stir-fry well before serving.
