Overview

Prepare ingredients

Wash the peanuts and drain them thoroughly

Heat 3 tablespoons of cold oil in a hot pan, remove, let cool and set aside

Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pot, pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute, then turn down the heat to minimum and stir-fry continuously for about 15 minutes. Be sure not to burn them

Turn off the heat when you hear the popping sound of the peanut skins popping continuously. After cooling, the peanuts become crispy and fragrant

Put the cooled peanuts into a grinding cup, add salt, sugar and oil and grind them together. If the peanuts stick to the wall of the cup, add a little more oil and continue grinding them into paste

The pure and fragrant peanut butter is ready, put it into a clean and water-free sealed container and store it in the refrigerator.
