Delicious and affordable cold dish - Ginger Sauce Preserved Eggs
Overview
I have seen many experts making this dish, but I have never tried it. When I was cooking today, I remembered that I bought a lot of preserved eggs last time, but I haven't eaten them yet, so I started making cold ones. It tastes pretty good.
