A different ten-minute curry
Overview
I watched [Cooking East-West Army] a few days ago, and there was a curry donburi in it that really impressed me. Compared with the common curry recipes, it is very simple. The thick and transparent sauce is poured directly on the hot rice, which really makes people want to eat. Curry donburi usually appears in soba noodle shops in Japan. You can choose your favorite vegetables (the operation time is short, try not to choose those that are not easy to mature) and various meats. It is really a very mild curry, best eaten hot.
