Sweet and sour radish strips
Overview
I bought a quarter of the flower-shaped radish, and I made it sweet and sour. I cut it into flower shapes with a grater. It was pink, sour and sweet, and very appetizing!

Cut Xinxinmei radish into large pieces about 6 mm thick.

Use the tip of a grater to cut into flower shapes.

Add a little salt to remove the water and remove the spicy taste from the radish.

Wash the pickled radish with cold water and squeeze out the water.

Add appropriate amount of white vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.
