Baby Cabbage with Garlic Sauce - a simple and delicious home-cooked dish
Overview
Cabbage and baby cabbage are one of my favorite vegetables. I always follow the recipes and cook them in different ways. I have tried stir-frying, stewing, and adding vermicelli. In the end, I still think this garlic baby cabbage is the most delicious. It tastes light but not tasteless. The minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms bring out a slight fragrance after being stir-fried. Together with the taste of the baby cabbage itself, it blends just right.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the baby cabbage in the middle and cut it into equal parts
-
Blanch the mushrooms in hot water and mince them, mince the garlic (the minced garlic needs to be fried until brown to taste), cut the red pepper into small pieces
-
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add salt, chicken essence and a little oil, blanch the baby cabbage until soft, remove and set aside for later use
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, add bean paste, minced garlic, minced mushrooms, and chili and stir-fry until brown
-
Then, thicken the gravy (the gravy should be thicker this time, which will take away the flavor of the seasoning)
-
Finally, pour the gravy over the vegetables
