Overview
The white chili made by my mother can be cooked with many ingredients. It tastes spicy and goes very well with rice. If I have the opportunity, I will post a recipe for making white chili

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the cooked beef tendon into small slices, slice the ginger and garlic, and wash the star anise and cinnamon
-
Chopped white chili pepper
-
Heat oil in a pan, add star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant
-
Add beef tendons and stir-fry until beef tendons are slightly burnt
-
Cook in appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add a little oyster sauce and a little salt and stir well
-
Add a little water and simmer for two to three minutes until the water dries out (beef tendon is very chewy and not easy to chew, stewing it can make the beef tendon softer)
-
After the water dries up, add white chili pepper and stir-fry for a while
-
Add green onions, a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly
