Wash and cut the onion into pieces. Run the cut onion pieces through cold water to remove some of the spiciness of the onion. Wash and slice the carrots. Soak the fungus in boiling water for about ten minutes. Wash and tear into small florets

Take a pot, heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, heat to 60% to 70% hot, pour in the prepared onions, carrots, and fungus, stir-fry over high heat
