One piece of rice intestine, washed. Prepare to beat 5 eggs and add some salt. (The number of eggs depends on the size of the rice rolls)

First tie one end of the rice sausage tightly with a thread, then pour the beaten egg liquid from the other end (it takes two people to operate). After it is full, tie this end with a thread. Add cold water and cook in the pot.
