-
Put enough water, do not add water in the middle;
-
First add a tablespoon of cooking wine;
-
Put the fish in, use a large frying pan, put it in a full pot;
-
Add two tablespoons of oyster sauce;
-
Add another two tablespoons of soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, decide whether to add salt according to your own taste. If you want a heavy mouth, add a little salt. I feel that it is just right without adding salt;
-
Take the pot out of the pot and put it on a plate. Sprinkle a little coriander and red pepper to garnish. The largest fish pond in the house is only 36 centimeters. The fish tail is still sticking out of the plate. Try a piece of fish meat. It is so delicious.
