Overview
When I was a kid, I went to my uncle's house. My aunt always liked to buy a lot of pot stickers with the inner pot of a rice cooker. There were always a hundred or ten. We brats could always get rid of them without any effort. When we were young, we didn't eat as much as we do now. Anything related to meat was our favorite. Pot stickers, dumplings, fried shredded pork, including this lotus root clip, the freshly fried lotus root clips are topped with a layer of cooked tomato sauce, sour and sweet, fragrant and crispy, no matter how big the container is, we can finish it in the shortest time, and the elders are laughing happily.
