Glutinous Rice and Dates
Overview
Sweet, fragrant and glutinous glutinous rice dates, delicious when eaten hot or soft when eaten cold, be careful not to eat too much~~ Ingredients: Ingredients: 15 Hotan jujubes, 55g glutinous rice flour, 4g fine sugar, about 40g warm water. Wash the jujubes and soak them for about 30 minutes

Use a hollow tube to remove the date cores

Then cut on one side of the jujube, being careful not to cut it off

Process all the jujubes in turn as above and set aside

Knead 55g of glutinous rice flour, 4g of sugar and about 40g of warm water into a dough

Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a long strip

Then stuff the long strips of dough into the dates

Place the processed jujubes onto the plate

Put it into the pot and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes

Make the dipping sauce while the jujubes are steaming. First put the peanuts into the pot and stir-fry them

Then fry the black sesame seeds in the same way

Roughly peel the peanuts and put them into a small jar together with the black sesame seeds

Crush and add 6g of sugar

Continue to mix well

After the jujubes are steamed, sprinkle an appropriate amount of dipping sauce on the surface
