Although I am from Wenzhou, I usually like to eat some chili. The chili sauce I bought is too greasy and has a lot of additives. This stir-fried chicken with chopped chili is very suitable for noodles or stir-fries. Make a little at a time and eat it for a while. Don’t make it too simple.
