Potato rub
Overview
The potatoes are made from inconspicuous potatoes. The potatoes are golden in color and have a faint oily sheen. The fragrance of the potatoes is overflowing. Once you take a bite, you will have the texture and chew of French fries, as well as the aroma of garlic and pepper. It is a delicious dish made from potatoes wrapped in flour, steamed and then stir-fried.

Prepare materials.

Grate the potatoes (potatoes) into flakes.

Place the grated potato shreds in a basin and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture.

Add allspice powder, pepper powder and salt to the dried potato shreds and stir evenly. (How much depends on personal taste)

Add flour little by little, stirring with chopsticks while adding flour, until every potato shred is coated in flour.

Add water to the steamer, add the wrapped potatoes and rub them in, steam over high heat for 6 minutes.

Rub the steamed potatoes and put them out to cool.

Finely mince onions and garlic; cut red and green chilies into sections.

Put oil in a wok over low heat and sauté minced onions, garlic and chili peppers.

Add the cooled potatoes and stir-fry the chili powder over low heat to dry out the water.

Sauté the potatoes until fragrant. Add a little salt, monosodium glutamate and chives and serve.
