Stir-fried golden abalone
Overview
What a big American golden abalone. What's thoughtful is that the golden abalone you bought not only has the shell and meat cleaned, but also the surface of the abalone is sliced, and you can cut out large abalone slices by following the slice path. Simple stir-fry and very delicious.
